Found something broken? Help us make Alter Dimension better. This is the place to report bugs, glitches and anything that is not working the way it should. Good reports get fixed fast, and reporting serious, game-breaking bugs even earns you the Bug Squisher badge.
Before you report
- Do not exploit it. Using a bug to your advantage (currency abuse, item duplication, and the like) is against the rules and leads to an instant permanent ban. Reporting a bug is rewarded; abusing one is not. If you find something that could be exploited, report it straight away and do not touch it.
- Check it is really a bug and not just something you have not unlocked yet (for example a skill that needs a prerequisite, or a zone that is not open yet - see the Starter Guide).
How to write a good report
The more detail you give us, the faster we can fix it. Please include:
- What happened - describe the bug in one or two clear sentences.
- Where - which map, NPC, item, skill or screen.
- How to reproduce it - the exact steps you took, so we can see it ourselves.
- What you expected instead.
- A screenshot if you can - it helps a lot.
- Your character name and roughly when it happened.
How to report
- Reply to this thread with your report using the format above, or
- Tell a staff member directly in-game or on the Discord for anything urgent (especially anything exploitable, which should always go straight to staff and not be posted publicly with steps).
